GEM Micron Minerals believe its strength lies in our self-owned rich and high quality barite mine resource.Over decades of experience GEM MICRON MINERALS is engaged in the field of barite mining & manufacturing and having transformed itself over these years from the concept of barite mining to processing in various grades and Particle Size from “Regular fine to Micronizing to Nano Microns” and wish to introduce ourselves as one of the leading producers and exporters of barite powder.

We professionally mine and manufacture micronized barite series.GEM produces different grade of barite micronized powder comply with International standard , API (American Petroleum Institute) and OCMA (Oil Company Material Association) with the annual production Capacity of 75,000 metric ton in three different processing, grinding and packaging facilities.

Infrastructure

Our infrastructure spread over 1,36,881 Sq.Ft at different locations. Our Paint grade barite production process is full compliance with standard to internationally acceptance and Oil Drilling Grade Barite production process is full compliance with the API/ OCMA standards.Our production units boasts a highly-organized production management framework run by a top-of-the-line production teams.

Our flexible manufacturing infrastructure enables us to expand our product range and change our product mix in response to changes in customer demand and to serve customer requirements ranging from laboratory scale research to commercial production. We maintain strict adherence and compliance for the packing policies of our customers.

Polaris Ores has achieved this by making significant investments in its in-house laboratory infrastructure, equipment and qualified personnel thus creating a state-of-art research, development center and testing facility.

Logistic Team

GEM have experienced logistic team which handles shipment schedules, storing finished products, palletization, stuffing in containers, rechecking of packing, labeling and regular inspection of each and every activity involved in.
